“We have been working with Christine for the refurbishment of our flat from the beginning up to the very end.
She was initially instrumental in helping on the reshaping of our 3 bedrooms flat, which needed swaping the kitchen with one bedroom, a 90 degrees rotation of a bathroom to straighten the hallway and opening a load bearing wall in order to maximise the space and create an harmonious family place.
She designed and submitted the plans which were subsequently approved very switly. She covered all the security aspects and discussions with the different instances.
Christine then contributed in work discussions with the contractors, driving with kindness but firmly so all the tasks were delivered on time and with high level of standard.
She finally was there for the final certification of the work by the authorities and made sure the approval was obtained very smoothly.
Finally, on the soft skills side, though being very detailed and thorough about plans and rules, she also showed remarkable communication and empathic skills which were invaluable and helped us go through a period that could have been much more stressful.
