Christine Leeman Architect

Christine Leeman Architect Ltd was formed in 2021 and harnesses over 15 years of practical experience working for design led architect’s practices on diverse and award-winning projects throughout the UK.

Bringing specialist experience in conservation and conversion of historic listed buildings along with contemporary new build architecture in both urban and rural settings within a variety of sectors including residential, visitor attraction, and hospitality.

My ethos is to engage in a bespoke service that is tailored to each individual client. By listening to a client’s brief and analysing site specific opportunities, I aim to create designs that respond to their context in a pragmatic manner. Imaginative problem solving and careful consideration of technical, functional and economic aspects of the process and an approach based on sustainability and placemaking underpin my work.

I enjoy working collaboratively as a team with clients, design consultants, engineers, and contractors to help guide a client from their inital idea through to completion of the built reality. Openess and clarity of communciation, transparency of fees and client aspirations are at the forefront of what I do.
